Product Technical Development

29 August 2022

A technical drawing, by definition, is a graphic representation of a certain part or instrument on paper. After all the approvals, the drawing will pass from paper to reality, moving on to production. In the factory, our professionals follow this tool to be able to execute the products with the greatest rigor and quality, corresponding in this way to the initial expectation.

Follow all the stages of execution and production of furniture for an interior design project at Jota Barbosa.

Project Execution

After approval of the budget by the client and interior designer, the order form is transferred to the technical department, which begins the creation of the technical production drawings.

Flexibility in delivery times

  • Ability to adapt to the temporal needs of customers through team management that favors the production chain without impacting other orders in progress.

  • Because we have our own manufacturing, we can combine delivery dates with the client’s needs, which makes us more competitive. Give an example of a project executed in record time.

Quality Control

  • Before any delivery, a pre-assembly is made for testing, checking the dimensions, finishes and general conditions of the parts, making sure they are within the quality parameters by which we are governed.

  • Much of the technician’s time is spent managing and coordinating parts for the projects. When the warehouse team (composed of 3 people) is in the parts pre-assembly phase, the technical managers of the parts are called to the site to evaluate the part. Only then is it approved for packaging and assembly in the customer’s space.

Personalization of the work

In order to increase our ability to impact your projects, we have the ability to customize not only the furniture, but your work itself, so that we can intervene in more places of your project. This way we have other valences that we want to present.
