We now tell you all the process that an interior design project requires at Jota Barbosa Interiors.

1ºPhase – Briefing with the Client

Approach to the importance of listening to the client’s needs, to present them with the best solutions. This phase of the project involves analysis of the briefing, a visit to the site, a study of the layout and organization, as well as factors that they consider before moving on to the choice of materials.

Concept and Moodboard

This step consists of the development and presentation of the project concept, which includes the solutions the team came up with for the client. Next there is the presentation of the moodboard to the client, along with the total budget. After a favorable opinion comes the awarding of the project to move forward to its execution.

2nd Phase – 2D Project

In this phase we put together the inspirations and the concept in a humanized space plan, including the interior elevations and lighting plan, to start shaping the project.

3D Design

This 3D modeling service is a very important step for the client to be able to perceive how the final result of his project will be with the finishing materials and parts chosen for the project. This proximity to reality gives greater security in the awarding of this very important investment. This phase includes Interior space modeling, modeling of custom pieces and rendering of the environments.

3rd Phase – Budget

In this step we include our team of technical drawing professionals where they will develop all the customized products for the project itself, where rigor and excellence go hand in hand with our team’s work. After the elaboration of the technical drawings it is possible to present a budget proposal to the client.

4th Stage – Production and Installation

The high quality work of our professionals, which goes from the production of the parts to their installation, results in a complete service, where we make sure that the parts are in the idealized form and above all, that they arrive safely to our customers’ homes. This process includes ordering and production of parts, execution of specialties, quality inspection, pre-assembly, shipping, and on-site assembly.
