The evolution of the company Jota Barbosa Interiors, its team and the market itself demanded that its facilities follow this growth, and from there comes an innovative open office and the renovation of the decoration of our Multipark and Boutique Foz shop, with photoshoot of the whole team.

 

We now show you all the backstage of this intense and motivating process, with an amazing before and after and a detailed presentation of our team.

 

 

The transformation

 

Over 4 months we saw our house transform and expand into something even bigger. The expansion of our facilities comes essentially from the need to keep up with the increase of workstations and, consecutively, to give our collaborators the best possible conditions.

 

The layout of the space was divided by department, where each one can enjoy an excellent working space for the productive execution of their tasks. Being an architecture and interior design company, it is essential to have an area where our professionals can explore concepts and ideas in the development of their projects, and the sample space was born with that purpose.

 

 

 

Before

 

The space that was once part of our showroom gave way to this open space. With the necessary area, we carried out works to adjust this entire corporate project to its idealization.  From metalwork to carpentry, everything was done with the utmost rigour and the final result is exactly the mirror of that dedication.

 

 

 

Style and Layout

 

The style of this space lies in a modern atmosphere, intertwined with the hustle and bustle of the business world, which seeks functional environments, with room for invisible storage that makes a difference. The office is based on an aesthetic of transparency, where those who visit us have the opportunity to see the best of what we do.

 

 

 

After

 

The open office brings together all the company’s departments in a stimulating business environment, full of dynamism and focus. The layout of the space by work zones allows each team to express its personality, both in its decoration and in the tools used for its function. The interaction between teams is a constant in the company’s daily routine, and this whole area promotes and elevates this spirit of mutual help and good mood.

 

The combination of wood and metal has brought a unique contemporaneity. Corporate life requires factors such as ergonomics, comfort, durability and aesthetics, and this space converts all those virtues. The storage of essential materials is materialised in the walnut and white lacquered cupboards. The desks and chairs are totally adapted to each one, converging an incredible atmosphere of productivity. The green notes appear to give a liveliness and colour to the space, composing the visual.

The past, present and future of Jota Barbosa are in the hands of Joaquim Barbosa, Carla Barbosa and Samuel Santiago. These are the reference figures of a company with 40 years of history in the furniture sector.

 

 

 

Technical and Product Design

 

Stylish Club‘s design department is made up of five men full of drive and personality. Each of them contributes his own individuality with never before thought of angles and solutions that favour the client. Out of the box ideas are born here and set out into the world.

 

 

 

 

Interior Design – Multipark

 

Multipark’s interior design department is headed by Catarina Carneiro. A woman with the necessary determination and dedication to provide her clients with the most irreverent interior design projects. The proximity and accompaniment in all project phases confers a firm and empathetic trust relationship.

 

 

 

 

 

Interior Design – Boutique Foz

 

The Foz design team brings with it two women who sign their projects with their own distinctive stamp. In a more minimalist and modern aura, Maria, Rafaela and Vera take care of your project as if it were their own and with that certainty, you will know that your home will be in good hands.

 

 

 

 

3D Project Design

 

With the suggestions of our designers, Aléssio Silva has in front of him the work of transposing the ideas of a paper to images that get confused with reality because they seem so real to us. A work that demands concentration and aesthetic sensibility to balance all the elements.

 

 

 

 

Marketing

 

With an innovative look at the world of design, the marketing team is completed by three female minds that with determination and dedication seek to be the bridge between the brand and those who follow it. The art of communicating who we are and what we do best is assured with this surprising team.

 

 

 

Administrative

 

The place where all the bureaucratic issues of the company fall, it is in the administrative part that we have two generations dealing with and managing all the company’s affairs. A fundamental department for the organisation of all the necessary logistics and business operation processes.

 

 

 

Warehouse and Domóvel

 

The four men who put into practice all the designs made in the offices, they are the ones who take care of the transport, assembly and installation of all furniture pieces. A hard work that requires a lot of effort and rigour, and we know that they are the key to ensure a delivery where everything fits perfectly.
