1. How would you introduce The Golden Phoenix to the public and how did the partnership with Jota Barbosa Interiors come about? As a luxury architecture and interior design brand with over 40 years in the market, would you agree that our company’s vast experience brings additional security and distinctive know-how to this partnership?

 

 

Cristina Carpinteiro: The Golden Phoenix Luxury Real Estate & Investments is a real estate boutique agency created with the aim of mainly supporting foreign clients who wish to establish themselves in Portugal. We accompany all phases of the property purchase process from the house hunting service, through the deal closure with all the help in the bureaucratic processes that this entails, until the turnkey delivery.

 

The partnership was proposed by the digital marketing agency that works with The Golden Phoenix, which already knew Jota Barbosa Interiors and believed it could be a great advantage for our company to offer a value-added service to our clients such as interior design. Turning to a company belonging to a Portuguese group with more than 40 years of savoir-faire like Jota Barbosa Interiors was a natural step.

Cristina Carpinteiro:  My biggest concern is to ensure a high-quality and exclusive service, as these are the requirements that differentiate a premium service. When a company is growing, it is important to ensure that new employees and suppliers who join the project apply these values along with the ethics, transparency, and confidentiality that are part of our DNA.

 

 

4. Do you think that alliances and synergies are an asset to carry out innovative projects?

 

Cristina Carpinteiro:  Of course, for me, alliances and synergies are an asset to carry out innovative projects. Collaboration between different companies with complementary skills can allow for greater creativity, innovation, efficiency, both in the development and execution of projects, as well as expanding the network of contacts and visibility of projects.

 

 

5. When we think of a house, we automatically associate it with a complete composition. Do clients who come to TGP seek a turnkey project, which includes the purchase of the house and its respective interior design?

 

Cristina Carpinteiro:  The turnkey project is highly sought after by young couples, both foreigners who have just arrived in our country and need support. During the visit, I always try to visualize the client in their future home, and undoubtedly, a 3D image is an excellent tool to help with the decision-making process of closing the deal.
