Espinho Apartment Project

Located on the north coast, the Espinho Apartment project blossoms from an essence where the most important thing is the sensations you can feel at home, thus designating itself a project of comfort and well-being. The inspiration for the design of the environments arises from the proximity of the sea and the stunning architecture that traces a quiet energy and a perfect aesthetic.

The neutrality of the spaces configured a unique background so that the most important thing stood out and all the elements were in balance. There was no lack of spaces for fun, for the most cosy readings or even for family apexes, and all the areas exceeded the expectations placed on them.

Open Space | Living and dining room

One of the interior design trends of recent years is open spaces. Integrated environments are an architectural representation of modernity, in addition to the practicality they confer to your lifestyle. In this project, the focus was to create an atmosphere that works as a meeting space for friends and family, but that all areas provide the comfort of rest.

The selected furniture pieces point to a contemporary style, where the best of the latest design aggregates. In the conjugation of textures and finishing materials we built distinct layers that in a final result surprised us.

Living room over light shades

On the living room, the challenge was to create an area of luxurious serenity, that is, that in its versatility would bring style and comfort. We started with the sofa, which in its rounded beige shapes served as a visual division between the two areas, accompanied by the Slender coffee table and the Miami armchair.

The Tv furniture panel was an incredible example of reuse and optimization of spaces. On the site we had two columns that were part of the architectural structure of the house and to take advantage of this element, we created a ribbed and smooth panel to join the two columns and thus have a place for our client to put the TV and on the other side a bookcase to place his books.

Impressive dining room

In the dining room, the pieces were chosen with the greatest concern to elements such as safety, durability, practicality and still visually appealing. The Donna chair, with a minimalist design and upholstered in fine fabrics, is one of the most requested for dining rooms. Very comfortable, it is ideal to create a cosy atmosphere in any living room decoration.

The Elea dining table, with the brass detail on the foot, carried a sophistication that proved essential to interconnect with the sideboard, which was the key piece of this dining space. The Ryan sideboard brings out a Scandinavian and minimalist inspiration in the environments and in this case, we bet on the composition of wood, with lacquer and even with iron lacquered bronze in one piece. The adaptation of this piece for the space was essential for all materials to make sense with each other and form an impacting but discreet look.

To conceive an even more depth to the environment, we invested in the design of a mirror with a bronze lacquered iron frame to gather elegance in the dining room.

Reading corner between the embers

In the flavour and warmth of the fireplace, this area is made of pure comfort and simplicity. For those short breaks with a book or to relax after a day’s work, this reading corner features an armchair with round silhouettes to make it fit in perfectly.

The bookcase, in white lacquer with bronze lacquered shelves, meets the modern and functional selection that our designers have chosen for this integrated environment.

Leisure and relaxation in one place

Planned to be the place where the world stops to bring fun to life, the loft of this project is the best refuge you could have. To the James sofa, one of our brand’s best-sellers, belongs the privileged angle for the TV in a distinctive style.

The Sublime poufs brought two places of comfort to the contemporary environment, in a green velvet fabric that made a unique match with the carpet. The Ryan TV cabinet revealed itself once again to be a fundamental piece in the composition of this small corner.

Suite bedroom by the sea

Between light blue, beige and brown shades, this suite bedroom sought to take on the beauty of textures, prioritising natural light and the peculiar architecture of the space. Highlights include the wallpaper in shades of blue that mentions the tranquility of the sea, next to the Milan bed in a beige lined fabric.

With a simple design that fits any decorative style, the Milan bed is a piece that inspires elegance and cosiness. The height of the headboard is perfect for finding yourself reading or enjoying. The details in the upholstery are true artistic creations.

To perfectly complete the resting area, the chosen bedside table is the Empire side table. With a timeless design, this piece stands out for its square design and bronze lacquered iron structure. The combination with dark oak tops results in an elegant and sophisticated look.

The hanging lamp adds an interesting charm to the interior, offering a more intimate atmosphere. On the other hand, the Terra bench in the corner of the space gives you a place to put your belongings and help you in your routine.

Cozy guest bedroom

The design of the guest bedroom relies on a stripped down and natural look. The lines are strikingly simple and the furniture followed the purpose of the room, to give space to breathe rest and peace.

The atmosphere was intended to be more mature and warm, and the pieces go in that direction. The upholstered bed in mustard velvet fabric, with a pillow on the headboard comes to give the essential embrace of the moment of rest.

The straight and modern lines of the Bridge night table resulted in a contemporary and industrial aesthetic. A modern and versatile piece that can match different bed styles.

The lamps and paintings played a key role in the decoration of the bedroom, mainly by the liveliness and cheerfulness that composed the more minimalist environment. The colour has a very big impact on the way we feel and with this motto, we wanted to give this personality to the guest room, in alliance with the wallpaper that gave a differentiated touch to the space.

To finish this nook, the armchair gave a loving support corner to the dressing space and filled the environment with elegance.
